Biography
Dr. Christopher Nguan is a researcher at the Vancouver Prostate Centre and an associate professor in the Department of Urologic Sciences at the University of British Columbia. He holds fellowship certification in kidney transplantation and advanced minimally invasive surgery and robotics. Currently his research interests include investigation into improved donor management in organ transplantation with emphasis on improving preservation solution, storage and reperfusion outcomes. His other research arm involves technical development of image-guided surgery systems and robotic adjuncts.
