Determinants of late initiation and treatment interruption in a context of expansion of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) in British Columbia, Canada
To identify the clinical, social and cultural determinants of late HAART initiation and to determine the impact of HIV-related care (routine access to care, physician experience, physical and social barriers to care) and use of community-based organizations on HAART uptake and retention.
