Purpose of Study
The purpose of this study is to test an educational program called Brain Health PRO. This program is designed to teach you about dementia risk factors. It will provide best available evidence for lifestyle changes that may help lower dementia risk, including exercise, nutrition, sleep, and social and psychological health.
Eligibility
You may be eligible to participate if you:
- are an adult between 60 and 85 years of age with either no memory loss OR mild memory loss
- are at increased risk of dementia due to a first-degree family history of dementia, OR history of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high body mass index and/or physically inactive lifestyle
- have adequate visual and hearing abilities to be able to participate in the program
- have the technical ability to participate in the online program and remote assessments, including computer with internet access, ability to send and receive emails and ability to complete remote assessments
- have a family doctor or other health-care provider and agree to have your provider notified of your participation in this study
